About JP Best

JP Best is an educator, facilitator, and survivor who is passionate about enlightening, empowering, and encouraging others. After earning her degree from The University of Texas at Austin, she built a 35+ year corporate career and spent more than 20 years facilitating instructor-led training for audiences ranging from frontline employees to senior executives.

She has worked with participants at all levels—from entry-level employees and small business owners to senior executives at some of the world’s largest corporations. As a corporate educator, her core mission was to deliver knowledge and experiences that empowered individuals to enhance their skills, ultimately driving greater productivity and profitability for their organizations.

Recognizing that every organization is made up of individuals, JP has always aimed to create meaningful impact on a personal level as well as a business one—believing that hopeful, confident, and empowered people have the potential to positively influence countless others. Building on her expertise in training and facilitation—and shaped by her own personal experiences—she has returned to her true calling with Red Flags and Resilience—a 24/7 online workshop designed to inspire hope, foster resilience, and empower individuals to transform the challenges in their relationships into opportunities for growth and healing. 

Today, JP brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work. She is not a therapist or medical professional. She is someone who has lived through emotional abuse, found clarity through that experience, and is proud to call herself a survivor.
